BOBABIE — Privacy Policy

In short

BOBABIE does not collect any personal data. The app needs no account and no e-mail address. It contains no advertising, no analytics, no tracking and no third-party services. It does not communicate with any server run by the developer.

What stays on your device

To work, BOBABIE stores only on your iPhone or iPad (never anywhere else):

• your saved mixes (name, chosen sounds and volumes), if you unlocked that feature;
• technical settings and states: the chosen timer length, the remaining free listening time, the end of the break between two free sessions, and a reminder of your "BOBABIE Unlimited" purchase so the app starts in the right state even offline.

This information is neither sent nor shared. Depending on your Apple settings it may be included in your device backups (iCloud or computer). It disappears when you delete the app.

In-app purchase

The "BOBABIE Unlimited" purchase (one-time payment, no subscription) is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. Payment and your Apple account information are processed by Apple under its own privacy policy; BOBABIE has no access to them and keeps nothing. The app only checks with the App Store that the purchase is valid.

Permissions and sensors

BOBABIE uses no microphone, camera, location, contacts, photos or advertising tracking. It plays audio in the background so sounds keep playing when the screen is locked.

Children

BOBABIE collects data from no one, including children. It is intended to be used by adults, notably parents.

Sharing with third parties

None: BOBABIE sends no data to third parties, contains no advertising and integrates no third-party service.

Your rights

Because BOBABIE neither collects nor keeps any data about you, we hold nothing to access, correct or delete. To erase the local data, delete the app. For any question: danicojo@hotmail.fr.

Changes

If this policy changes (for example if a future feature collected data), the date above will be updated and the app declared accordingly in the App Store.
